Hello 2013!

The start of a new year is always an exciting event, but methinks that 2013 will be extra, extra special with extra rice pa :)

We're having a summer baby! Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!

I feel so blessed, overwhelmed, unprepared, bewildered, anxious, loved etc. etc. In short, I'm a typical first-time momma :)

The flutterings have been more pronounced now, coming in light taps inside my stomach rather than gurglings, therefore signifying that they're not mere gas bubbles.* I don't know if it's because I'm usually resting around this time so I tend to notice them, but most of the flutters happen between 6pm-9pm every night. It's nice to wind down after a day of work and feel the baby moving inside my tummy.

We can't wait to meet you Bean! Even your cousins are eager to get their hands on you, so be warned that you'll have to deal with numerous cheek pinches on a daily basis.

Happy New Year everyone!
