naku mommy try to inquire with other school na lang..daughter ko dito nag aaral preschool, mura lang ang tuition pero pagdating sa mga activity talagang sobra sila maningil ok lang sana kahit mahal kaso lang di ka man lang ma satisfy..
At hindi pa mababantayan ang anak mo 2 teacher sa isang classrum..One time my incident yung bata sinaksak ng fork ung classmate nya yun sugat ang face ng bata...
Hi! My 8 year old is on his 3rd year at REACH next school year and my 6 year old will be moving there next school year, too. It's a progressive, totally non-traditional school that banks on individual education and the child's personal pace. They have great social activities to balance off the one-on-one curriculum. I like it because my boy catches up without peer pressure. He's self-motivated. But like I said, this is no way the same as the conventional school set-up....
...my 7-yr old son changes school every year for the past 4 years. i was looking for 'something' in a school and just soooo tired i may find it until i stumbled on this site, thanks to mom exchange.
would appreciate very much if you could possibly refer to me any progressive schools near SM Fairview.
super thanks!!!
wow, what a wonderful story! wishing you guys much more loving, healthy and wonderful years together!!
LOL, rinna, i love comments of robert!
yes, nurture shock was good. i liked it because of the basis of their stories. check out the website. there are a whole lot of other stories!
Would any parents be interested to enrol their kids for Progressive Maths / Science Tutorial?
We also have Progressise Seminal onto Singapore Maths / Sc for parents / guardians who would like to have a better idea onto it.
Conducted by trained school teacher from Singapore itself.
If so, please contact us at either 4673216, 09178013545 or banwah@singnet.com.sg
Hi!
I am currently looking for a nursery school for my daughter who's turnig 4. I was able to inquire at Starland in Cubao. I would like to ask for advise or feedbacks about this school. Thank you so much!
This was the last book I read too! Interesting 'no?
I'm now on the Philosophical Baby. Not quite as riveting as Nurture Shock but interesting din.
But yes, praising specific actions take a bit of getting used to. But nowadays, "Robert, I really appreciate the way you read that book" seems more natural to me na.
And you know, it's paying off.
A few weeks ago, I got a "Mom, you don't need to go to the gym. Your body looks great!" comment from Robert. LOL...
My daughter is presently enrolled in Children’s Little University (CLU). Compared to her previous school where ‘favoritism’ is so evident, CLU was able to help me bring back my daughter’s self confidence that caused her to have insecurities in her former school. As a mom who closely monitors my daughter’s progress in terms of social and academic skills, all I could say is that CLU has fulfilled their commitment in achieving their goals. Teachers are hands-on, they truly have a...
i'll be awesome if you check out the school reviews section :)
im from QC, greenhills santolan area. Which part of QC are you located?
Agree that OB is an excellent school however Claret also has it's own to-brag-abouts and an edge in this case would be the friends that your child have come to know and grow with. i am ofcourse speaking with the assumption that he has had wonderful and meaningful years with Claret and is generally accepted and loved by its population.
at the end of the day, in your heart of hearts you will be able to discern the right choice. dont forget to let your own angel guide you,...
Yes, O.B. Montessori is a good school, it provides excellent education and it will bring out the best in your kid.

Hi, my daughter has been enrolled in both Mindbuilders and The Bridge School and im happy to say that she's still in The Bridge School now and will be attending it again next year for Grade 2. She only stayed in Mindbuilders for 1 year for her nursery class and i transferred her to Bridge right after that. While Mindbuilders is an ok school, I really liked the developmentally appropriate curriculum they have at the Bridge, compared to the Multiple Intelligence curriculum at...
This is a very interesting website. I'll visit it often or as much as I could.
